Doctor-led, not algorithm-led

Dose ladders, check-in cadences and escalation thresholds are owned by physicians and oriented on SGED guidance (Swiss Society for Endocrinology and Diabetology). The platform surfaces signals – the treating physician decides.

What to expect

What a monitored programme looks like

Illustrative phases of a monitored GLP-1 programme – you adapt the plan to each patient.

01

Day 0

Enrolment & baseline

You add the patient with baseline, medication and starting dose. They join via a secure invite link and log their first check-in.

02

Week 2-12

Titration under watch

Step-by-step escalation, with weekly tolerability surveys and early side-effect flags – so you slow down before the patient drops out.

03

Month 3-6

Steady dosing

The dose stabilises. The roster keeps watching; you intervene on flags and review trends at follow-ups.

04

Long term

Maintenance

Check-in cadence relaxes, surveys space out. The record of the whole journey stays in one place.

Illustrative arc – the actual progression is individual and decided by the treating physician.

Safety first

When GLP-1 therapy is not suitable

This treatment isn't for everyone. The medical assessment checks each of these points – and we advise against therapy whenever it isn't safe.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

GLP-1 medications are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Thyroid cancer history

If you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2.

History of pancreatitis

A previous inflammation of the pancreas requires careful medical assessment.

Under 18

Treatment through instafit is for adults only.

Eating disorders

Caution applies with an active or past eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.

Not for cosmetic use

GLP-1 therapy is a medical treatment – not for weight loss without a medical indication.

When in doubt, the doctor decides. Your care team is available for any questions.
