Which medications can I receive?

After medical assessment, GLP-1 therapies approved in Switzerland may be prescribed — semaglutide or tirzepatide, where medically indicated. Which preparation is suitable is your physician’s decision; we may not name prescription-only medicines in public advertising.

How quickly do I get my medication?

Once the consultation has taken place and the prescription is issued, a Swiss pharmacy ships within 24–48 hours to the address you choose.

Does health insurance cover the cost?

Where there is a medical indication (for example obesity with a BMI of 35 or above), cover may be possible. We help you file the request.

All data is transmitted end-to-end encrypted and stored on Swiss servers. We meet the requirements of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act.

What does the programme cost?

CHF 59 per month, cancellable monthly. Committing for longer costs less: CHF 49 per month over three months, CHF 39 per month over twelve. That covers the app, the support from your practice and the paperwork around prescription and reimbursement. It does not cover the medication itself or the physician consultations — those are billed through your health insurer, or paid privately.

Safety first

This treatment isn't for everyone. The medical assessment checks each of these points – and we advise against therapy whenever it isn't safe.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

GLP-1 medications are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Thyroid cancer history

If you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2.

History of pancreatitis

A previous inflammation of the pancreas requires careful medical assessment.

Eating disorders

Caution applies with an active or past eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.
