Why BMI alone isn't enough

Body Mass Index is just a number. It becomes meaningful only alongside body composition and metabolic markers.

BMI is a fast reference value – but it doesn't account for muscle mass or fat distribution. Two people with the same BMI can have very different metabolic risks.

That's why we also measure waist circumference, body fat percentage and selected lab parameters (fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipid panel). Together these paint a complete picture and help tailor your therapy precisely.
